Now that voting is over for Miss World 2005, here���s a lowdown on the main competitors that Sindhura Gadde will have to eliminate in order to emerge victorious from the Asia-Pacific region.
Miss Australia: Dennae Brunow
Dennae has successfully completed her high school education, a legal secretary workshop and has a certificate in business studies. Apart from editing and developing her own short films for the past four years, this Aussie girl likes to socialize and listen to R & B.

Miss China: Ting Ting Zhao
Ting Ting moved to Beijing to study acting at the Beijing Film University.In her second year, she nurses an ambition of donning the grease paint and eventually direct a film.

Miss Chinese Taipei: Su-Jung Hsu
Su-Jung grew up in Taiwan, where she attended the Tainan Woman's College of Art & Technology, majoring in Visual Communication Design. She is now working as an art designer and model.

Miss Hong Kong China : Chui Chui
Chui Chui grew up in Hong Kong, (except for a few years of study in England) and has graduated from University with a B.A. degree in Fashion & Textile Design. She has also been a veterinarian helper at an animal clinic.

Miss Indonesia: Lindi Cistia Prabha
Lindi was born and grew up in Jogjakarta, a small town in central Java. A psychology student at the Faculty of Psychology Gadjah Mada University, she is also a volunteer in a handicap rehabilitation centre.

Miss Japan: Erina Shinohara
Born and brought up in Fuji City, Erina is studying marketing at Aoyama Gakuin University of Tokyo and nurses an ambition to become Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, Japan.

Miss Korea : Eun-Young
Eun-Young was born and raised in Seoul. She started to learn fine art in middle school, and went on to major in design at University.

Miss Malaysia: Emmeline Wei Shu
Emmeline was born in Singapore and brought up in Malaysia and Australia. She has completed her education gaining a Victorian Certificate of Education and a diploma in Banking and Finance.

Miss Mongolia: Khongorzul Ganbat
Khongorzul was born in Darkhan and moved to the capital, Ulan Bator, when she was 8 years old. A high school student in the 11th grade, her ambition is to become a doctor and specialise in the ear, nose and throat.

Miss Nepal: Sugarika K.C.
Sugarika was born in Lalitpur, an area close to Nepalese capital Kathmandu. A student of Environmental Science, she is interested in pursuing a career in the media.

Miss New Zealand: Kay Margaret Anderson
Kay was born in Auckland and she is currently an account executive in the advertising and modelling industry and is working with a designer on their first collection. Her ambition is to build a brand in women's clothing.

Miss Philippines: Carlene Aguilar
Carlene was born in Mandaluyong located in the heart of Metromanila and raised in Quezon City. Last year, she signed a contract with a TV Station in Hong Kong to do some commercials.

Miss Singapore : Shenise Wong Yan
Shenise was born and raised in Singapore and has a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication from the Melbourne University. She has also been a Flight Stewardess for Singapore Airlines.

Nadeeka was born and grew up in Colombo and has successfully completed a professional course in modeling.

Miss Thailand: Sindie Jensen
Sindie was born in Denmark and has completed one year at Business college and is currently working in a hotel.

Huong was born and grew up in Hanoi and has been awarded a certificate in Public Relations.
