The 'Toy Story 5' premiere was a starry affair with the film's star cast lining up for the big event. Joining Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, was superstar Taylor Swift, who made a quiet entry at the red carpet event.The singer delighted fans and the media with a surprise appearance at the Los Angeles premiere on June 9, at the Dolby Theatre. The Grammy-winning singer attended the event in a strapless structured dress by designer Erdem. She completed the look with strappy brown heels, and a hourse shoe pendant to complete the look.

Once inside the theatre, videos doing the rounds saw the star interacting with fellow guests as she took her seat. The star was also seen interacting with a child and giving him a hug.

At the premiere, videos doing the rounds, show the star taking to the stage in a gorgeous gown, to perform her new song 'I Knew It, I Knew You' live on stage. She also joined Randy Newman to perform the film's hit song 'You've Got a Friend In Me'.

Swift's appearance at the premiere comes after she dropped the film's original soundtrack, 'I Knew It, I Knew You,' which features in the film.
As per reports, Swift wrote the song for the character Jessie in the highly anticipated animated film.Opening up about her emotional connection to the project, she wrote in an Instagram post, ""I fell instantly in love with Toy Story 5 when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages," Taylor gushed of the meaningful opportunity on Instagram June 1. "I wrote this song as soon as I got home from the screening. Sometimes you just know, right?"
