Hairdresser reveals night of love with George Michael

Carlos, 64, took the pictures after meeting former Wham! idol George, 52, online. Ortiz revealed that he once had a passionate fling with the Careless Whisper singer. Colombian-born Carlos says he was devastated when the brief romance — the ‘happiest moment of his life’ — ended. Now, he reveals he is worried by recent reports claiming George’s life has spiralled into despair, describing the star as ‘a kind, sensitive and lovely man in search of happiness.’
Speaking for the first time about his friendship with the singer, Carlos told a UK daily, “I have the most lovely memories of our time together, so it has been very sad to see stories of him that say he’s not at his best. He’s not at all what you would expect from a pop star who is famous all over the world. Whatever is troubling him at the moment, I really hope he gets back to his best soon.”
