Little Mix member Jade Thirlwall is finally sharing her story about her life and career after starting off as a solo artist. The group has officially been on a hiatus since 2022, after which all of the members of the group went down their own path to pursue music and other challenges. Jade Thirlwall on her continuous struggles

While sitting down for an interview with The Guardian, the singer shared what kind of struggles she has gone through in the past years and how she has been dealing with everything. She shared that, ever since she was a child, she has been faced with issues like bullying and racism. Coming from an Arab background, these issues had become common for the star. One thing, however, proved to be a major issue in her life: Anorexia. The pop star shared that it got to a point where she even had to be hospitalized, after which she auditioned for ‘The X Factor’ and the rest is history. While talking about her time on the show, the star shared that, “In retrospect, if the show had done a proper mental health assessment, then they wouldn’t have let me on. It was very surface. Judging by some of the people in that X Factor house, it wasn’t done properly.
Bless them, through no fault of their own, some of those people were mentally unwell”.
