Tree plantation drive sees great response near Bidkin

Monsoon has hit the country and various cities have taken this opportunity to plant trees. Summer being the dry season, many trees die due to lack of water and to make the city of Aurangabad a green haven, citizens gathered to plants trees near Bidkin. The members of IIRD gathered and planted around 1500 plants in their locality. The organiser Uday Chowdhury said that, by doing so, other members of the department will also be inspired to do so.Planting more trees is the need of the hour and we are glad we are a part of the tree plantation drive.
The state government had declared the major tree plantation drive and under the same act the members enthusiastically participated in the tree plantation drive. Known faces like Uday Chowdhury and Dipa Mudhol Munde were present during the plantation.
