Bengaluru airport saw a 71 per cent rise in passenger traffic in 2022, and going by the long queues at the airport, it’s a similar story in 2023 as well.
The serpentine queues are everywhere – at the entrance, check-in counters and at security check. And with it, fights and delays.
Some people even missed their flights despite arriving at the airport two hours early.
