Bird walk on Basant Panchami by IGRMS
A bird walk was organised inside the premises of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalay on the occasion of Basant Panchami. The Bhopal Bird Conservation society coordinated this event in the museum. The walk started at 7 AM where the visitors and the staff members along with the bird enthusiasts spotted an array of birds like Copper smith barbet, Black red start, Purple sunbird, Red vented bulbul, Laughing dove, Jungle babbler, Yellow throated sparrow, Tailor bird, Indian robin, and Barn swallow.

The lush green campus hosts a lot of migratory and local birds which find peace here away from the chaos of the city life.
