Mother of mine, when I was young..., is what these kids would be telling their mothers a few years down the line. But a few days back, at an event organised at a city auditorium, a few celebrity moms along with their kids — and coincidentally, all these kids were sons — flagged off a series that would travel to the rest of the state.
There were a number of fun games, where both mother and son took part in true competitive spirit.
This was followed by some rounds of antakshari and more games followed. The evening also had a shadowgraphy show by noted artistes, Amar and Sabyasachi Sen.
