A grand bash organized in the city by Lucknow Race Course

A grand celebration: To commemorate the end of the derby season in Lucknow , the Lucknow Race Course threw a grand bash for its members. Guests came dressed in their best – while men chose to go for formals, the femme brigade looked elegant in saris and dresses. Chief guest for the evening, Lt Gen Anil Chait was once again in all white. This was the second time when we noticed him in an all-white appearance at a derby event.However, Chait dismissed his fondness for the colour and termed it as a mere “coincidence”.
Entertainment Glaore: The most awaited part of the evening was the fashion show. Models from Delhi and Mumbai walked down the ramp exhibiting designer evening wear. Another attraction was Yuliya and Raunaque’s salsa performance. A fire dance by Ying and Godom too fetched a lot of appreciation from the guests.
