Celebs shine in jewellery salon

It wasn’t an art preview but this was one real arty hearty party. We’re talking about this jewellery salon that hosted a rather unique art show on Monday evening.
What you witnessed was the unveiling of portraits of five lucky customers by artist Anjanna Kuthiala. And the paintings were unveiled in a flourish by some of the city’s well-known women achievers: Lillete Dubey, Suchitra Pillai, Sabina Singh and Kiran Juneja.
Everyone was all praise for these unpredictable portraits that had a poignancy and prettiness in them. Three of the five women, Pankaj Dutta, Dr Zenobia Madan and Fareeda Sethna were there to see their images in a new light.
And looking pleased as punch was host Jim Vimadalal who made sure that everyone had a glass of wine or mocktail and a bite of hors d’oeuvres.
