Ryan International Group of School hosts student conference on peace in Mumbai

More than a thousand students from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal debated on the theme of ‘Search for Peace’ at the Indian Model United Nations (INMUN) organised by Ryan International Group of Schools.
The INMUN Conference is an initiative of Dr AF Pinto (Founder Chairman) and Madam Grace Pinto to develop global leaders of tomorrow. This year, the conference was organised from October 30-November 1.
Former IPS officer Dr Kiran Bedi, who was the opening speaker, said, “By doing such a UN–mock conference we create citizens of the world. I support the spirit.” Added Madam Grace Pinto, “We are proud to organise the INMUN conference as our students look forward to this annually.” Assaf Moran (Political Secretary, Embassy of Israel), Jaco Cilliers (Country Director, UNDP) and various other eminent speakers had an interactive session with the students. Representatives from the embassies of Norway, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Rwanda, Namibia and Indonesian also attended the conference.
