51 Nashikites get married in mass marriage ceremony

Gayatri Pariwar Yug Nirman Yojana Trust had recently organised a mass marriage ceremony. On the occasion, 51 couples got married. They were also given mango saplings to spread the message of conservation of the environment amongst couples and their relatives. These couples were also given utensils and other items worth Rs 15,000 each.
For many years, the organisation has been organising mass marriage ceremonies for various tribal communities.The initiative was also aimed at reducing unnecessary expenses. An exhibition of interesting paintings was also organised on the occasion.
