Talk on gender discrimination on Noida college radio

Salaam Namaste, the community radio station of Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Noida, organised a program on gender discrimination recently. The program saw members of NGO Lakshya Foundation discuss the gender disparity at work in an urban city like Noida.
The discussion centred on how the roles of women are compartmentalised in the corporate world.Sandhya Srivastav of Lakshya Foundation said that even though the situation is changing now, there is still a lot of distance to cover.
