When enjoyment is paired with a cause, it’s a win -win situation at both ends. This is exactly what happened at this sporty do organised by Tehseen Poonawalla for his NGO India at 2047, which is fighting a battle for de-worming slum children.
The pulsating evening hosted by Damini Oberoi had a DJ who played rocking music, international bartenders and a young crowd that was more than happy to support the noble cause.
The fundraising event was attended by the city’s glitterati. Happy with the response, Tehseen said, “All the money raised at this event will go towards buying de-worming tablets for children coming from the lower strata of the society.”

Everyone went home with a smile, feeling happy to have been a part of a noble cause. The guests also received a gift hamper from a leading hair and beauty brand.
