Raipur gets a kabaad garden

The beginning of this year saw a unique festival in Raipur — Kachra mahotsav which drew appreciation from Prime Minister Modi. Recently, on the lines of "Kabaad se Jugaad" a scrap garden is developed on the campus of Shubhas Stadium to inspire citizens on how they can use scrap creatively and beautify their surroundings.
