Exclusive! Life of people is more important than anything else: Chetan Dhanani

Chetan Dhanani is much loved for his multi-faceted skills of acting, writing and assistant direction. The star debuted as a writer and assistant director in Rahul Bhole's comedy film 'Chor Bani Thangat Kare'. Later, he rose to fame with the film 'Reva' which was a National award-winner. Now, with the Coronavirus lockdown, the actor is stuck in his house. The star revealed his daily routine and upcoming projects in an exclusive chat with ETimes.
Mr.Dhanani says, "I was continuously shooting for my upcoming thriller before the lockdown. I have got the chance to relax now. Moreover, I am in my hometown in Kutch which is a blessing in disguise. Everyone has found something or the other to keep themselves occupied, likewise, I am spending my time watching films and different series online. I am also utilising this time for reading and writing, as the target is to finish my unfinished script in this lockdown period. Let’s hope for the best.”
Chetan further adds, "Fortunately, we just finished shooting for my upcoming film on the 16th of March, just a week before the lockdown announcement. But yes the post-production is getting delayed because of it. However, when the problem is so huge, we need to understand that life of people is more important than anything else.”
The star concludes saying, "Let’s help each other in this difficult phase. It will pass. And together we can. Our authorities are doing their best, we need to support them.”
