How have you been keeping yourself busy during these lockdown days?

The past few months have been very tough for everyone across the globe. Many people have lost their loved ones, and all of this has made one thing clear: we need to value people we love. During this whole phase, I made sure that I spend as much time as I can with my family. I did everything that made me happy, especially the small things that I wasn’t able to do otherwise like cooking meals for my family, playing games, sitting with my family, and discussing our hopes and dreams. I had time to pursue my hobbies – painting, sketching, and cooking in #K’sKitchen. My father and I painted the plant holders my father made, I learned new recipes from my mother, and my brother and I read out our poetries to each other. We understood our value in each other’s lives. Except reading, writing, and binge-watching a lot, this lockdown phase gave me the time to strengthen my relationships and find meaning in them.
What will be the first thing you will do after the lockdown ends?

While maintaining sanitization guidelines and social distancing rules, the first thing I would do is meet my friends and family. Of course, we are going to avoid crowding places. I can’t wait to see three-dimensional people (laughs) and not just watch them on screen. The one thing I am eagerly waiting for is the vaccine to be out so that we can go to our favorite street joints and bite into the deliciousness we all have been craving for so long. Thirdly, I would like to meet my team. We have been working for two months without meeting and seeing each other. I feel like I am going to meet a lot of people after everything returns back to normal.

Which will be the places you wish to visit after the lockdown?

I don’t know about visiting particular places but I am going to go for lots of long drives. I plan to take out my car and go on random drives with my loved ones. My friends and I have decided that rather than going to places while this pandemic is surrounding us, we would meet at each other’s homes or go on long drives.
Any of your upcoming film shoots are scheduled after this lockdown?

The cast of ‘Kem Cho’ has already shot another film together, only the dubbing is left. Dubbing doesn’t require a lot of people to be around, so we are going to do that whenever it is safe enough. I have signed two films but the shooting is yet to start. There’s also one really interesting play that we had earlier scheduled for 2020. All things considered, we are going to work on these three projects when the time and situations are right. There’s a lot of new interesting stuff in store for my fans and viewers.
Share a short message for the citizens of our nation regarding COVID-19.

I would request everyone to please maintain personal and public sanitization. Cleanliness and hygiene are more important now than ever. Do not step out without a mask and sanitizers. Social distancing is going to be very important until we find a vaccine and all of us are vaccinated. One thing we all need to understand is that if the lockdown is lifted it would be done only so that the economy can be put back on track. It doesn’t mean that we can freely roam about. The pandemic is still out there and we need to act like individual warriors to help the world win this battle.
