Gujarati films 'Affraa Taffri' and 'Safalta 0Km' clash at the box-office on Valentine’s Day 2020

Box office clashes are a regular phenomenon to happen in Bollywood and a lot of speculations and the resulting collections depend on which two movies clash as well. However, with the Gujarati film industry flourishing at a fast pace, even Gujarati films with unique and new-age concepts are being made. So, when two such never seen before films were released together today, audience was left confused as to which one should be watched.Yes you heard that right, Viral Rao’s 'Affraa Taffri' and Akshay Yagnik’s 'Safalta 0Km' hit the theatres today, putting the audience in a fix.
While both the films belong to different genres – one a horror-comedy and one a dance-based film, fans are equally eager to watch both the films. Director Viral Rao has directed the first-ever Gujarati film 'Affraa Taffri' which is an experiment for the Gujarati film industry. The trailer and teaser of the film were well received by the audience and now the film has released today, starring the finest actors like Mitra Gadhvi, Chetan Daiya, Aakash Zala, and debutant Khushi Shah in the lead role.
Meanwhile, ‘Safalta 0Km’ is the first-ever dance film directed by Akshay Yagnik. With popular choreographer-turned actor Dharmesh Yelande in the lead role, the film traces the struggles in the life of dancers. The film also sends the message that one must follow their passion to be truly successful in life.
The first day of release is not even over and so we will have to wait and watch which film fairs better at the box office – ‘Affraa Taffri’ or ‘Safalta 0Km’.
