Hardik Sangani turns writer for his next

Hardik Sangani, who recently wrapped up his film 'Jaysuukh Zadpayo,' is now gearing up for his next project. Yes! This time the actor will treat his audience with his writing skills. Hardik who has been enthralling his Gujarati moviegoers will now make his debut as a

writer

for his new untitled project. In an exclusive conversation with

ETimes

, Hardik spoke about his writing and also shared what exactly made him pen a script.

"Being in this industry for the past 21 years I always knew the basics of writing but I never tried it. I think it's the most difficult job in film-making. Developing a thought into a 120 mins film is not that easy," Hardik says.


Sharing how the idea of developing a script came into his mind, the actor shares, "During the lockdown, I started developing a couple of ideas with Viral Shah. We locked a subject, wrote the script, and pitched it to a producer. They loved the film and instantly green-lighted the project. After writing my first film I realized that writing is very similar to acting. Everyone thinks that it's easy, anyone can do it but it's not everyone's cup of tea."

Viral Shah is the director of this untitled film. The multi-starrer film casts Malhar Thakar, Hardik Sangani, Vandana Pathak, Ojas Rawal, Vyoma Nandi, Dharmesh Mehta, and many other known faces from the industry. The untitled venture is slated to go on the floor in July.
