In 2002, the Godhra train carnage led to one of the most turbulent phases in Indian history, sparking widespread riots in Gujarat. The tragic incident resulted in the deaths of 59 Hindus at a railway station, marking a dark chapter in the nation's timeline. Now, after 22 years, a film titled 'Accident Or Conspiracy—Godhra' is set to unveil this story of pain and resilience.
Director MK Shivaaksh recently announced the theatrical release of this Hindi-language film, slated to hit screens on March 1, 2024.The unveiling of the movie's first look on Shivaaksh's Instagram has stirred intense anticipation, with a message hinting at a journey fueled by passion and dedication. The film aims to shed light on the events that transpired during the Godhra incident and the subsequent aftermath.The director’s note read, “22 years later, a story of pain and perseverance is coming soon.
