Enjoy a musical evening with Mukt the band

Amdavadis can enjoy a musical evening on January 20 with Mukt the band. This Ahmedabad based band specialises in combining music with literature and performs on the poems written by renowned poets like Kabir Ibn-e-Insha, Dharamveer Bharti, Kaifi Azmi and others.
The members of the bands are Yash Joshi, Dhaval Yadav, Priya Brahmbhatt and Tarun Kalpana and they prefer the genres of folk fusion, rock and blues.Mukt seems to have been influenced by musicians like The Raghu Dixit Project, Neeraj Arya’s Kabir Café and Indian Ocean. Among international artists, the band draws inspiration from Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, Elvis Presley, Queen and others.
The band is all set to perform at Natrani, inside the Darpana academy, from 8.30 pm onwards.
