Two week theatre workshop to conclude in the city

Experimental theatre workshop by Jay Merchant has been going on for two weeks at Darpana, academy of performing arts. The workshop that concludes tomorrow covered topics like developing communication skills, building confidence, and developing life skills among many others.
The workshop was divided into two parts. Morning 9 to 11 slot for children aged 6 to 15 year and evening 7 to 9 slot for age 16 and above.Jay Merchant, a renowned theatre trainer says, “We will conclude the workshop with two plays at Darpana tomorrow. A short play called ‘Jung of Rang’ will take place from 10.30 am onwards by the junior batch. Another play called ‘World between face and mask’ by the senior batch will take place from 7.30 pm onwards. Both the plays are open to all.”

The junior batch included 16 students from various schools of the city. The senior batch too consisted of 16 participants from all walks of life.
