In a surprising turn of events, Karan’s big screen launch has beat the other two established stars at the box office game.

According Boxofficeindia.com, early estimates of the three releases suggest that ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ has collected approximately Rs 1-1.10 crore nett, while ‘The Zoya Factor’ and ‘Prassthanam’ have collected approximately Rs 80-85 lakhs.

This makes ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ this week’s highest first day grosser. Directed by Sunny Deol, ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’ features Sahher Bambba as the leading lady and is a love story set in Himachal Pradesh. While 'The Zoya Factor's is a romantic comedy based on a novel by the same name. Sanjay Dutt's 'Prassthanam' is a political action thriller, remake of a 2010 Telugu film by the same name.
On the other hand, Ayushmann Khurrana starrer ‘Dream Girl’ is having a dream run at the box office. The film continued with strong collections, raking in Rs 4.75 crore on Friday.
