'Secret Superstar' box-office collection Day 2: Zaira Wasim-Aamir Khan starrer rakes in Rs 9 crore

Box-office is brimming with joy with the release of two impeccable good grossing films that are bringing the much-needed life to the lull trade of Hindi films.
Aamir Khan's home production film 'Secret Superstar' is basking in the glory of a good release with Rs 4.75 crore on day one, followed by an 80 percent hike on day two, with Rs 9 crore in its kitty. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 13.75 crore.

Written and directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, the film features Zaira Wasim, Meher Vij and Aamir Khan in lead roles, and tells the story of a child who aspires to be a singer.
