Katrina Kaif's sequel of 2012 film 'Ek Tha Tiger' which is helmed by
Ali Abbas Zafar continued its successful run at the box-office. According to a recent report on Boxofficeindia.com, the film has raked in Rs 8.25 crore taking its overall collection to a staggering Rs 308.95 crore.

The film is now the highest grosser ever in Bihar, Assam, and Odisha after 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' and is even closing in on the Rs 100 crore mark in Mumbai with a collection of Rs 95 crore in 17 days.
The story of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ revolves around the real incident of the abduction of Indian nurses by ISIL in 2014. The expensive film has been shot on a large scale amid the locales of Abu Dhabi, Austria, Greece and Morocco. The film also has other popular songs besides the superhit ‘Swag se swagat’ which include the theme song ‘Zinda Hai’, the Salman – Katrina romantic number ‘Dil diyan gallan’, ‘Daata tu’ and ‘Tera noor’.
