The story revolves around a happy-go-lucky Mumbai suburban housewife Sulochana, fondly known as Sulu, who lands the role of a night RJ, resulting in drastic changes to her routine life.'Tumhari Sulu' is a slice-of-life comedy as opposed to her last outing, 'Begum Jaan'.
