Salman Khan, Harshaali Malhotra, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ recently clocked nine years since its initial release today, July 17. The film which was released in 2015 is one of the most loved and talked about films from Hindi cinema.
Nawazuddin, who played the role of Chand Nawab in the blockbuster film, shared that the character has received immense love not only in India but also from audiences in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

"I am overwhelmed by the responses that have been pouring in from all around. I am happy my character is appreciated and liked. I’m hopeful this will give me a boost for my future small films!" he said in a statement.
Siddiqui’s on-screen chemistry with Salman too stood out. The actor has also now spoken warmly of Salman Khan's generosity and camaraderie, noting how Salman often shared dialogues and punch lines during their interactions on set. Speaking about Salman Khan, the actor had earlier shared, "Off-screen woh log bohot ache hai. Salman Khan bohot pyaare insaan hai. Bhai ka toh aisa hai ki woh khudke bhi dialogue dusre ko de dete hai ki ‘Bhai tu bol le.’ Bajrangi Bhaijaan mein toh kitni saari punch lines toh mujhe dedi unhone ki ‘Ye le, tu bol.’
Directed by Kabir Khan, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ received rave reviews from both the audience and the critics.
