Aamir Khan to head for Dubai

when the whole industry was busy attending one award night after another, aamir khan, tucked away, in the distant us, was lobbying hard for his maiden venture lagaan. he fervently wants it win an oscar. from the us he will head straight to dubai, where with his lagaan team he will be performing a live show at dubai's creek golf & yacht club for bollywood to broadway (b2b) on january 24th.the 3-hour musical extravaganza will have musical sequences from aamir's lagaan and dil chahta hai. besides aamir, and his lagaan team, saif ali khan, akshaye khanna, rani mukherjee, and preity zinta will also perform at the show. knowing aamir, this will be one night his admirers in dubai won't forget for a long time to come!
