Tiger Shroff is back in his action avatar with his latest film 'Baaghi 4'. The movie has been performing decent at the box office while fans have loved Tiger's lethal avatar. Amidst his latest release, here's some news about the actor on his personal front. As per latest reports, Tiger has sold off his luxury apartment in Mumbai in Khar for a whopping Rs 15.6 crore. This deal has been registered officially in September 2025, as per the papers reviews by Square Yards. This apartment in question is on the 22nd floor of Rustomjee Paramount building. It has a carpet area of nearly 1,990 sq. ft and has a built-up area of around 2,189 sq feet. The buyer also gets three parking space slots along with the house. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹93.6 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000. Tiger had bought this property in 2018 for ₹11.62 crore and now that he's sold it for Rs 15.6 crore, it has been a profitable investment for him. Meanwhile, 'Baaghi 4' has collected Rs 30 crore over the span of three days on its opening weekend. The third installment of this popular franchise, had released in March 2020, when Covid 19 had just hit and right after that a lockdown was announced.
Thus, the film could not bring in the box office money. But more was expected from 'Baaghi 4'. This is an average opening over the weekend. The film faced competition from the Hollywood horror franchise 'The Conjuring: Last Rites'. 'The Bengal Files' had also released with both these movies on Friday.'Baaghi 4' also stars Sanjay Dutt who fights it out against Tiger. The film stars Harnaaz Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa as well. Meanwhile, as the film hit the screens, Tiger also made a surprise visit to Gaeity Galaxy and climbed to the rooftop, leaving people in a frenzy.
