Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli to settle in London permanently; confirms cricketer's ex-coach

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are one of the most celebrated couples in Bollywood, and the duo never fails to grab headlines when it comes to their dreamy family life, including their children, Vamika and Akaay. Earlier this year, rumours began circulating that the family might make a permanent move to London. This speculation was fuelled when Virat himself spoke about his future plans, stating that when his cricketing career comes to an end, he would disappear from public life. These rumours were given further credibility when his childhood coach addressed the matter and shared information about Virat’s decision to move to London with Anushka and the children.In an interview with Dainik Jagran, Rajkumar Sharma, Virat's coach, confirmed that the cricketer and his family are planning to relocate to London. He said, "Virat apne bachon aur patni Anushka Sharma ke saath London mein shift hone ki yojna bana rahe hain. Vo bahut jald hi Bharat chhod kar wahan basne wale hain." (Virat is planning to move to London with his children and wife Anushka Sharma. He will soon leave India and settle there.)Living in the public eye comes with its share of challenges, including the constant invasion of privacy. For this reason, Anushka and Virat have made it clear that they wish to protect the privacy of their children, prohibiting photographers from capturing images of them. In London, however, the couple has found a refreshing change. Virat shared in an interview that during his two-month absence from India, he and Anushka enjoyed valuable family time and experienced life without the constant recognition. He described the time as surreal and expressed how enjoyable it was to walk the streets without being noticed.During an IPL season, Virat also opened up about his plans for life after cricket. In a chat with his IPL team, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), at the Royal Gala Dinner, he shared that once he concludes his cricket career, he would take a long break and disappear from the limelight for a while. He added, "For the time I’m here, I would give everything to the game, and this is what keeps me going."Anushka and Virat have also ventured into business together. The couple reportedly co-owns a management consultancy firm based in the UK. There were images and videos that went viral on the internet in the past few months showing Anushka and Virat enjoying their free time in a park in London. On the work front, Anushka was last seen in 'Zero' in 2018. She also made a cameo in her brother Karnesh Sharma's 'Qala' in 2022.
