'As I know the truth', Tara Sutaria OPENS UP on finding inner peace amid breakup rumours with Veer Pahariya
Tara Sutaria has found herself in the spotlight following reports of her breakup with Veer Pahariya. While the rumours continue to circulate, the actress has reflected on the importance of maintaining inner calm, staying dedicated to her craft, and holding a balanced perspective on success.
During her chat with Elle India, Tara opened up about her idea of success and the importance of mental peace. She shared, “I’ve always believed success is internal… Peace of mind, a handful of people who love you, knowing yourself, that’s always been the goal." Speaking about her personal growth, Tara explained that being in the spotlight from a young age taught her how to stay calm and centered over time. She said, “I’ve learned how to protect my peace," she said, adding that self-reflection has become her go-to method for grounding herself. As she put it, “Only we know how to calm our nervous systems.”
Although actors are often misjudged by the public, Tara no longer feels compelled to set the record straight. “As long as I know the truth, and the people closest to me do, that’s enough," the actress said.
Last year, rumours of Tara and Veer Pahariya’s breakup grabbed attention. The buzz started shortly after AP Dhillon hugged and kissed Tara during his Mumbai concert. Although the actress had earlier dismissed negative talk about her relationship with Veer, their alleged split made many wonder if it was linked to the concert incident. So far, both Tara and Veer have chosen to stay silent on the rumours.
On the professional front, Tara Sutaria is set to appear next in ‘Toxic – A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’. The film features ‘KGF’ star Yash in the lead role, along with Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, and Rukmini Vasanth.
