She also talked about how she approached comedian Kapil Sharma for work, but it was all in vain. The actor also slammed the comedy show host for making jokes at her expense.

In a recent interview with Telly Masala, Bobby Darling shared how she always took things sportingly when Kapil Sharma used to make jokes about her. She expressed that he earned at her expense; however, when she texted him for work and was struggling, the comedian didn't reply. She said, "I'm not begging for money—I am begging for work."


In the same interview, Bobby stated that she dropped him multiple messages to seek even a minor role in his show, which is being aired on an OTT.

During the interview, the actress stated that she has been trying to search for work and is not chasing love anymore. Bobby stated that she is done chasing young men and might "get settled with an old guy." She further shared, "I just want work. Even if it’s a small role, I’ll give it my all. Let me survive with dignity."
