It’s been four weeks since Mumbai was held hostage to the worst terror attack the city has ever seen.

Ministers have resigned on moral grounds, every policeman on the street seems to be carrying a gun, and citizens��� groups are putting together a charter of demands for the central government.
A movement has been created and it is upto us, the people of Mumbai, to keep it going.

Yes, we have to go back to our jobs and put in the hours, but we must make time to focus on the change that our city so badly needs now.
The anger that was felt on 26/11 has to be channelised into something positive. If there was ever a time when the powers that plagued the economic capital of the country need to be fearlessly and fiercely dealt with, then the time is now. Let us make it count.
We have shown the terrorists that we cannot be divided by their attacks anymore. It fills me with pride to think that there has been no communal violence and, in fact, people of all communities have stood side-by-side in protest of the attack and in support of those whose lives were affected.
It is now my duty as a citizen of Mumbai to take the city to the glorious future that was destined to be. It is yours, too.
