In a few days,
Kunal Kemmu has a movie up for release. No doubt, the actor must be nervous and excited. He gave an insight into the gamut of emotions that he is currently going through, on his social media page. Kunal shared a collage that has him expressing his thoughts through many facial expressions. Check out the post here:
On the work front, Kunal’s last Bollywood film, ‘Malang’, which saw him sharing screen space with Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani, was well-received at the box office.
The actor, who has displayed a great comic timing in films like the ‘Golmaal’ franchise, played a character with grey shades in the thriller directed by Mohit Suri. He also won a lot of appreciation for his performance in it. Talking about the difference between comedy and thriller genres, Kunal recently said, “Comedy as a genre doesn’t drain you emotionally or mentally as compared to the genre that films like ‘Kalyug’, ‘Traffic Signal’ or ‘Malang’ belong to. Comedy requires action-reaction; you need to be in-sync with your co-stars to get the scenes right. I have done exhausting work on the sets of ‘Golmaal 3’ (2010) and other comic films, where physically I felt exhausted, but I could still step out for a family dinner after returning home. When you do serious films, you might shoot for just one scene in a day, but it could drain you emotionally. At the end of the day, you might just pass out in the car on your way back home. By the time you are home, you are dead. You just need to sleep as you need to reboot and wake up afresh the next day to deliver your best.”
