Udaybir Sandhu’s physical transformation

Stepping into a role that demanded portraying two distinct age phases, Udaybir underwent a rigorous physical transformation. The actor revealed that he gained and shed 15 kilos to convincingly play both a 20-year-old and a 40-year-old version of his character. Sharing his journey, he wrote, “Played a 20-year-old boy and a 40-year-old man in the same film... gained & lost 15 kgs to look the part. Pushed my limits I didn't know I had. A lot of discipline, blood, sweat, and tears went into making this. Hope you enjoy watching Pinda on the big screen.”

Before featuring in ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, Udaybir began his Bollywood journey with ‘Gold’ (2018), starring Akshay Kumar. Interestingly, being a national-level hockey player from Punjab, he also contributed behind the scenes by helping train actors for the sport.He further expanded his filmography with roles in ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’, directed by Imtiaz Ali, where he shared screen space with Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra.
