After being a part of the south film industry for over half a decade Rashmik Mandanna is trying her hand at Hindi films. The well-known south actress has been a part of films like
Kirik Party
, Geetha Govindam, Chalo, Bheeshma among others. Since last year, Rashmika has been shuttling between Mumbai and south India balancing her projects. One of the Bollywood films that Rashmika will be seen in is the Amitabh Bachchan starrer
Goodbye
that also features senior actor
Neena Gupta.
Mandanna seems to have bonded really well with Gupta as while talking to Bombay Times, the latter only had good things to share about the Bollywood’s new entrant. The senior actor told BT, “Rashmika is very cute! She’s a sweet girl and a good actor. On the first day itself we became friends. Also, Rashmika has a cute little pet. It’s a three months old dog called Aura. She comes to the set with her pet and we all play with it.”
Earlier while talking to BT, Neena had opened up about the project saying, “Everybody is surprised that this is my first film with Amitabh Bachchan (in the 39 years of her film career), but that’s the truth! Chalo, at least now I get to work with him. Honestly, I was a little in awe of him. However, as time went by, we chatted a lot on sets, and I became normal.”
Meanwhile, Mandanna, apart from this film will also be seen in Sidharth Malhotra starrer Mission Majnu.
