Hiten Tejwani to shoot in Sector 18 and 67 for upcoming film

Actor Hiten Tejwani, known for TV shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kutumb, and Pavitra Rishta, will be shooting in Noida and Delhi in September for Sachin Gupta’s movie.
After being the beloved beta on TV for all these years, Hiten will be seen playing the role of a Noida-based marketing manager in the film, who is a casanova. This is going to be the second movie of Sachin after Paranthe Wali Gali.Sachin told us, “The first half of the film is about Delhi and the second half about Uttar Pradesh. This time, I am trying to capture the interesting parts of UP like the historical monuments, the Saifai Mahotsav of UP. The film will show interesting aspects of the culture of UP and Delhi.” Talking about Hiten’s role in the movie, he said, “He’s playing the lead character. He is a marketing manager, whose office is in Sector 67 in the film. His character will be entirely based in Noida. We have about five-six days of shooting scheduled here (in Noida). In Sector 67, we will be shooting the office part, and in Sector 18, we’ll shoot the market area.”

When we got in touch with Hiten, he said that he’s eagerly looking forward to shooting for this upcoming film in the NCR. The actor, who is currently busy shooting for Pavitra Rishta, told us, “Balancing the shoot of a daily soap along with a movie is going to be tough. But I am looking forward to the shoot. It’s a good role. My character in the film is of a guy who thinks that he’s quite smart, but people around him consider him an idiot. The film is a comedy and this is the first time I will be experimenting with this genre. I have always been to Delhi for work but never got the chance to spend enough time in the city. The director has told me that we would be shooting in Delhi and Noida. This is the first time I am going to be shooting in Noida. It’s going to be a 15-day schedule. I am looking forward to explore the city. I’ll be coming down a little earlier so that I can explore the marketplaces, talk to people and pick up some words that are a part of the local lingo.”
