Supreme Court gave its verdict on Sushant Singh Rajput's death probe. The actor was found dead in his Bandra apartment on June 14. Friends, family members and fans of the actor hailed the Supreme Court verdict ordering a CBI investigation into the death of the actor.

Recently, while speaking to ANI, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh stated, ''The Supreme Court verdict has come, once we get a copy of the order we will comment on it''.

The court asked Mumbai Police to hand over all evidence collected so far in the case to CBI. CBI already started the investigation. They have recorded the statement of the actor's father Mr KK Singh and sisters.

After the verdict came out, fans and Bollywood stars took to their social media to hail the decision. Among them, Akshay is the first Bollywood celebrity to react so far. His tweet came shortly after the Supreme Court verdict on Wednesday. ''SC directs CBI to investigate Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. May the truth always prevail

A few days back, Sushant's father filed FIR against the late actor's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and others for abetment of suicide.
