She looks refreshed, confident, mature, and seems all set to take the challenges coming her way. Indeed, the year-long break seems to have worked wonders for actor
Tanushree Dutta who says that she has used the last one year to plan her future course of action, and has of course given herself lots of time. The actor who was in Jaipur recently, shopped at Bapu Bazaar for all things Jaipuri, told us how much she loved the city and then finally settled down to talk about her career in films.
There were so many things being said about me after the release of Aashiq Banaya Aapne, that for a while I was simply aghast about what was happening, she confesses.
I was not depressed but was sure shocked since it was the first time in my life that I faced all this. I continued to do my work, but then you can say it was my bad luck that just a few films were hits. But at least I got recognition for my work in films like Chocolate and Bhaagam Bhag, and I think thats good enough for me, she says almost intently. Indeed, she says she considers herself lucky to have got the credit that she has and is now looking forward to her big films this year. To start with there is Jag Mundhras Apartment in which she says she has a super interesting role.
It is a very different kind of role and is a psychological thriller. I have always tried to work in different genres, and I was excited about this film right from the time I heard the script. Not only this, the curvaceous actress has some other big films coming up this year, but she doesnt want to talk about them just yet. I cant reveal much but I can assure people that each film will be something totally different from each other. I want to try out every genre, every kind of script and it doesnt matter if it takes time. I am here to stay for long, concludes Tanushree.
