Jiah Khan's mother alleges that evidence was sabotaged

The day after the gruesome and chilling details from the charge sheet of Jiah Khan’s death emerged, Rabiya Khan, mother of the late actress has expressed her displeasure over the CBI probe. The charge sheet accused actor Sooraj Pancholi of abetment of the actress’ suicide.

While talking to Times Now, Khan questioned the probe carried out by the CBI. She allegedly stated that the ACP in charge of the case was under external pressure. She also went on to say that the attitude of the police has become hostile towards her.
She also alleged that the evidence in the case had been sabotaged.
During the hearing of the case today, the bench also came down heavily on the CBI. The judge questioned as to how the gruesome details of the charge sheet were leaked to the media. The case is now adjourned to January 18, 2016.
The gory details leaked from the charge sheet sent shockwaves in the country yesterday.
