On his big day, the actor took to his social media handles to announce his upcoming film Dhamaka, which has been slated for a 2021 release. The poster features Kartik Aaryan in a completely different avatar.He is seen sporting a bearded look teamed with spectacles. The background score followed with the picture is spine chilling, revealing it to follow an action-thriller genre.

On the work front, he was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Love Aaj Kal’ sharing screen space with Sara Ali Khan.
