On a recent chat show, when Salman Khan was asked about PeeCee’s exit, he said that she chose marriage over a big film like ‘Bharat’ which is good. However, this comment of Salman didn’t go well with the netizens who massively trolled the actor on social media.

However, Katrina Kaif recently defended Salman Khan for his comments on Priyanka Chopra. Katrina was present on the chat show with Salman, where his reply on Priyanka’s exit was taken otherwise. Talking about the same, in an interview with Rajeev Masand, Katrina Kaif said, “You have to take everything that Salman (Khan) says with a big bucket of salt. I think we all know that by now. He just says it for effect, he does not mean it. Sometimes, in interviews, I am biting my tongue like 5 times in a day, but it’s all in good fun. I don’t take it seriously.”
Apart from Katrina, even Ali Abbas Zafar spoke in support of Salman Khan. The director said, “No, no, not at all. See Priyanka is a very close friend of mine. We have talked about it, we have had a laugh about it. And I, personally think you know, if anyone knows SK (Salman Khan), this is his tongue-and-cheek humour. What he is doing to Priyanka that happens to me on set everyday.”

Well, many in the industry and media know Salman Khan for his witty sense of humour, but the junta is unaware about it yet and hence, sometimes the actor gets trolled for his comments. Talking about the movie, ‘Bharat’ is slated to release on June 5, 2019.
