TOIEntertain“No better place than Mussoorie to spend quality family time” In this era of hustle-bustle in busy lives, some exotic places in Uttarakhand are the perfect escape routes to provide your family with quality time together. Isha believes that UK is her dream destination when it comes to spending relaxing time with her little princess and loving hubby. She says, “This time, when we went to Mussoorie, it was raining and the entire place was covered with clouds and mist which was such a picturesque moment. My daughter, Rianna was not keeping well but I guess the fresh and pure oxygen of the mountains cured her! Whenever we visit Mussoorie and Doon, it is only a family-time for us, no work, no business, just mountains and family outings. In Mumbai, all of us are so busy running for completing our deadlines that when we come to places like
Dehradun and Mussoorie, do we realize the value and preciousness of time.”

The Times of India EntertainmentLandour Chakkar walks, Char Dukaan, Lal Tibba, Chic Chocolate Café…… When asked about which all places in Mussoorie does she love to visit, the reply comes in an instant - “I love the small quaint shops in Mall Road, and Kulri Bazaar. We walked the Chakkars in Landour, where we completed the whole circuit of eight. Rianna was very happy as there were clouds all around and the weather was simply awesome. We also visited The Clock Tower Café and Chic Chocolate Café for some delicious hot chocolate drink during the rains. I also love the antique shops at the Mall Road from where I always buy some or the other small things which are like memoirs of Mussoorie. These simple moments of life are just wonderful for me.”
“I have had friends from Army in Doon” When asked whether her connection with Uttarakhand built up after her marriage to Timmy Narang, she says,
“Even before my marriage to Timmy, I have had friends from Army background from Dehradun and Mussoorie. So, I had come to Uttarakhand before also. I also like visiting Haridwar and Rishikesh where I find mental and spiritual peace. While shooting for Krishna Cottage, we had come to Joshimath and Auli in Uttarakhand where we did the entire movie shooting. Since that time, I had fallen in love with this place. My luck was also such that my husband’s family also happened to be in Mussoorie and now every year, I get a chance to visit this state. If you visit Auli, trust me, you will not want to visit Switzerland!”
