Saurabh Shukla returns as Badaa Davan in ‘Bindiya Ke Bahubali’
The new season of ‘Bindiya Ke Bahubali’ is set in the fictional town of Bindiya in Bihar. The story begins at a time when peace seems possible, but power and greed take over. With Badaa Davan in jail and trying to make peace, the Davan family faces a tough choice, stay calm and survive or fight and destroy everything.
Chhote Davan chooses violence, leading to the painful breakdown of a family once held together by fear and loyalty. The show brings back its talented cast, including Saurabh Shukla, Ranvir Shorey, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Seema Biswas, Sushant Singh, Sheeba Chaddha, Sai Tamhankar, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Vineet Kumar, and Aakash Dahiya.
Saurabh Shukla’s journey in Indian cinema
Saurabh Shukla began his acting journey in 1984 with theatre before becoming a part of the NSD Repertoire Company in 1991. He made his film debut with Shekhar Kapur’s ‘Bandit Queen’ in 1994, but his major breakthrough came when he co-wrote and played the popular character Kallu Mama in ‘Satya’. A National Award-winning actor known for his versatility, Shukla has delivered memorable performances in films like ‘Barfi!’, ‘Jolly LLB’, and ‘Raid’. Over the years, he has established himself as one of Indian cinema’s most respected actors, screenwriters, and directors.
