Mahie in Arundhati's shoes

As per the news doing the rounds that Vivek Agnihotri's next film 'Buddha in a Traffic Jam' has a character, which is based on that of writer-social activist Arundhati Roy.
According to sources it has come to be known that none other than the talented actress Mahie Gill is playing the character. For getting into the skin of the character Mahie underwent a complete makeover with her looks to fit Arundhati's character and look to the 'T'.Mahie has even chopped off her long tresses. Mahie's clothes have also been designed, keeping Arundhati real life dressing in mind.
Costume designer Vishakha Kullarwar, has really worked keenly on ethnic jewelery, cotton and khadi printed sarees for making Makhi look just like Arundhati. By looking at Mahie in the film, no will raise their eyebrows that she looks out of character and she also runs an NGO in the film just like Arundhati Roy.
