Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra's recently released 'Mission Raniganj' did well at the box office. Now, as per the latest update, the film premiered in theatres on October 6 and has now become available on a popular OTT platform.
Recently, the streaming platform Netflix took to its Instagram handle to update its fans and followers about the film’s OTT release.
“An impossible task. One common man. An unwavering spirit. #MissionRaniganj is now streaming on Netflix,” read the caption.
Directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, Mission Raniganj is based on the real-life rescue story of Jaswant Singh Gill, who led India's first successful coal mine rescue mission in November 1989. This film also stars Parineeti Chopra, Kumud Mishra and Pavan Malhotra in pivotal roles.
Meanwhile, Akshay will also be seen in 'Soorarai Pottru' remake, 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', 'Sky Force', 'Welcome Back' and 'Hera Pheri 3'.
