While murder is a prominent feature of the thriller genre, director
Vishal Pandya takes it a notch higher in his upcoming film, 'Wajah Tum Ho', by showing it live on television.
The incident occurs when a man hacks into a channel's network, leading to chaos. The movie, which promises to be a tale of mystery that will keep the audience at the edge of their seats, features Sana Khaan and
Gurmeet Choudhary as lawyers.
While
Sharman Joshi plays a cop who is investigating the case,
Rajniesh Duggall is the owner of the television network that airs the murder.
Talking about the movie's novel subject, Vishal says, 'The concept of hacking interested me. Apart from the fact that it has never been explored in a thriller before, hacking is a high-end skill that amounts to crime. It's not just an innocent act. All of us fear that our computers, phones or bank accounts might be broken into, and feel the need to protect them. 'Wajah Tum Ho' highlights this issue.'
'Wajah Tum Ho', produced by T-Series, releases on December 2.
