New mum Amy Jackson says baby bounce is the best workout ever

A couple of weeks ago actress Amy Jackson embraced parenthood with boyfriend George Panayiotou. The couple is blessed with a baby boy, who they named, Andreas. Lately, the actress shared a few photos of the newborn as she accompanies her baby boy to the gym.
Amy shared a timelapse video and a few pictures with Andreas on Instagram stories. In the video, she is seen running towards the treadmill.Later she turns to her son, lifts him and outs the newborn to sleep. The actress is seen pacifying her baby and says, "Baby bounce is the best workout ever."
In the next clip, we can see the baby taking a comfortable nap in his designed cradle.
Meanwhile, Amy got engaged to George Panayiotou in May this year. George is the son of millionaire British property developer, Andreas Panayiotou, who owns a chain of hotels. Reportedly, the couple has been dating since 2015.
