Pakistani actress and Sridevi’s ‘Mom’ co-star Sajal Ali recently opened up about meeting and mingling with Bollywood actors like Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor and others at Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night in Dubai.
The actress was asked about any place in the world she could make a home in. Responding to that, she asked, ‘Why can’t it be India?’ Sajal added that an event like that gives them an opportunity to meet their counterparts from Bollywood like Janhvi Kapoor, Govinda, Ranveer Singh. According to her, they are far away because of their countries, but their hearts are very close.
Hema Malini, Arjun Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, Shehnaaz Gill, Bhumi Pednekar, Sunny Leone, Manushi Chhillar, Vaani Kapoor, Maniesh Paul, Rakhi Sawant, Tamannaah Bhatia, Bharti Singh, Kanika Kapoor, Sharvari Wagh, Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra, among many others were also seen at the awards.
At the event, Pakistani actor Fahad Mustafa paid a tribute to Bollywood actor Govinda. In his acceptance speech after winning an award, Fahad thanked the Bollywood actor for inspiring him to begin acting in the first place. He also rushed from the stage to touch Govinda’s feet and got a hug in return before the actor shook Fahad’s hand.
