Payal Ghosh reveals her birthday plans

Payal Ghosh, who turns a year older today, has no plans to celebrate the occasion. The actress says that for her, the biggest high is being at work. She says, 'Ever since I became an actress, I've always been shooting on my birthdays. I've done films in the South, and I would invariably be on the set on this day. Last year, I was working on 'Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi' and ring in the day on the set.Today, I am going to be filming an ad.'
Though busy with work, there's one birthday ritual she religiously follows ' spending time with children. 'I am attached to kids; their energy is so positive and infectious. On every birthday, I visit a children's home with goodies,' she says, adding, 'I lost my mother to cancer when I was very young. So, every birthday, I also visit children who are battling cancer. It gives me a sense of satisfaction. I feel that I spent an important day in my life with people who are brave and take on life with a positive attitude.'
